Jordan is our country of domicile. Any purchase, dispute, or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

2) Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Site or purchasing any Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

3) Eligibility & Account Use
You must be at least 18 years old to register or transact on the Site. Minors under 18 may not register as users or conduct transactions.

4) Payment Methods, Currencies & Checkout

Price & currency consistency: the price and currency displayed at the checkout page will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt, and the amount charged to your card will be shown in your card currency according to your card issuer’s rules and applicable exchange/processing rates.
Cardholder records: Cardholders must retain copies of transaction records and comply with the merchant’s posted policies and rules.
Card data handling: card details are entered directly on the payment provider’s secure page; we do not store card numbers or CVV on our servers and do not pass debit/credit card details to third parties.

5) Sanctions & Export Controls
We will not trade with or provide Services to individuals, entities, or countries sanctioned by OFAC or other applicable sanctions lists. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that would breach sanctions, export-control, or our compliance policies.

6) Service Provision & Delivery
Work on your report begins after successful payment confirmation. Reports are delivered by email to the address you provide within the indicative timeframes stated on each Service page. Results depend on the state of the target website and inputs at the time of assessment. Unless expressly stated, implementation of recommendations is not included.

7) Acceptable Use

Jordan is our country of domicile. These Terms and any purchase, dispute, or claim arising out of or in connection with the Site are governed by Jordanian law. The courts of Jordan shall have jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed in writing in a manner not contrary to applicable law.
